Jim was a delight to work with! He's experienced and knowledgeable and very, very calm. I would recommend him to anyone. He answered all my questions honestly and thoroughly, even when I asked them more than once! He was able to deal with a very inexperienced agent on the other side of the transaction and correct any errors they made. When a major issue with the plumbing turned up, he kept his cool, talked me down from my rant and we got the problem solved. You totally need Jim on your side!
