Literally life changing. Staff is amazing too!
I first went to St. Paul Chiropractic about 7 - 8 years ago to deal with joint pain in my knee and elbow. Dr. Chris Lilja and staff did a great job of treating me and fixing my joint issues. Less than 2 weeks ago, I returned for treatment after suffering from a fairly severe back spasm and Dr. Chris has helped improve my mobility and reduce the pain. His treatment plans have worked for me.
I signed up for decompression therapy with Dr. Chris and his staff in July. After many years of chronic pain , pain clinics, nerve blocks, shots, and numerous Dr's. I have finally experienced relief and am able to function at a much higher level for the first time in years. I would highly recommend Dr. Chris and his Awesome Staff Emily, Olivia, and Molly for anyone who has experienced chronic pain. There is a light at the end of the tunnel !
