Great staff and care. Always able to quickly get my allergy shots.
Horrible experience. If you go in for an appointment, the doctor will accuse you of recording them instead of giving you allergy advice.
Very disappointed in my visit. I waited almost two months to even have an appointment to then only speak with a dr. for 10 minutes and then be sent on my way. Not to mention paying extra to see a "specialist". I spent more time with the nurse doing a health history. I shared the symptoms of what I have been experiencing including very severe hives to be told that nothing I was sharing was related to any sort of allergy. Dr. Aichbhaumik has been a great physician and is very knowledgeable. Whole staff is friendly and care about their patients The only suggestion I have is to expand the allergy shot hours. I think it would be helpful if the clinic changed their allergy shot operations to start at 7AM instead of 8:30/8:45 (or extended their Tuesday operations) so people driving to work can get in early. Their St. Paul location is open for shots 42 hours/week while this location is only open for 16.5 hours/week. Otherwise, great experience so f... read more
Dr. Aichbhaumik has been a great physician and is very knowledgeable. The part I am not thrilled about are the allergy shot hours. All of their locations are extremely inconvenient for anyone working a typical 8-5 job when you factor in traffic and availability by day. Depending on your location, you can only visit on certain days of the week. Patients used to be able to call to check in for appointments but now everything has to reverted back to pre-COVID policy.
