I don't know what has got into draper and kramer but they are cutting basic amenities!! High rent and zero maintenance of the carpets, elevators, lobby ac etc !! Elevators out, lobby ac not working ... and its a luxury !! very bad experience for the past 4 to 5 months !! They should provide compensation to stay in such unhealthy environment !!
I have lived in this apartment for around a year and a half now, and I can confidently say that it has been a frustrating experience from the start. The carpeted hallways are filthy, constantly stained and often have dog feces left unattended -- so much that it once got on our welcome mat (which was later stolen, and management did absolutely nothing about it). Our apartment complex is awesome! It's feels like you r in Europe. Very walkable community. The front office and maintenance group are friendly, trustworthy and on a first name basis. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. Front office is always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance department is so friendly, trustworthy and professional. Just love Tyree, Eugene, Amari and Reggie. They are great!

I like the community the amenities are subpar I even called the office and asked about the pool being open and ready, and the staff said the pool is open. Does this look open? So I called again and asked about them raising the water levels and it has yet to be done. This affects everyone not just me, and it’s quite unsightly. This isn’t what I had in mind when it said pool view. I’m not happy with what paying for vs what I’m getting. Otherwise I’d be happy 9/10 if the pool worked, so this is a solid 7/10 right now.
