It is SO difficult to get a hold of the leasing office! I was inquiring about their units and possibly interested in leasing with them but after calling several times on different days they are open, communication is key and surely gives insight on how they treat their residents who may have emergencies or concerns that need to be addressed promptly. I will take my business elsewhere.
I want to express my experience of living in the Bell Tower complex honestly, positive and negative points. First of all, positive points: The apartments are large, spacious and have good facilities. You will never have a problem with lack of space in these apartments. The office and service staff are all professional, polite and experienced. They fired everyone that has good reviews. Would not take their rating seriously as none of the complimented people work here anymore.
