MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD. only live here if you want to have all of your belongings infested with mold!!! We lived here for three years, and had ungodly amounts of mold in both units!!! In the second unit, they tried to cover up a rotting sink bottom with a piece of plywood! Look what was rotting underneath!!! This was mold behind the air filter!!! HOMECOMMING/PROM Every season it seems like all neighboring schools unofficially send their teens to the roundabout for group photos and to block all passageways in or out of the community. The office does nothing to alleviate the traffic or prevent cars from parking in the road and blocking the roundabout. Good luck trying to find parking or moving through these areas after work.
