Absolutely, terrible place to live The property manager is absolutely unreachable unprofessional and rude it took them a day before I was supposed to move out of my apartment to get me approved because she was unreachable my apartment was not ready had mold in there. I did wait an additional four days for it to get ready not to mention that it's not secured at any way possible extremely busy dogs barking all types of morning and night. Worst experience of my life, do not live here if you have a family. They do not care about the wellbeing of their residents as they let them live with toxic mold, ants and roaches. They do illegal paperwork to meet their quota.. they will raise their rent to make you sign a new lease. Very unprofessional ans unreasonable. Again avoid living if you have small children..
I found this place on what seemed like an impossible task to find an apartment in DFW that was exactly what I was looking for. I read numerous reviews, went and toured the complex, and immediately knew this was the place I wanted to move to. I had the pleasure of working with Diane and she made the process extremely painless and easy. I could have not have had a better experience anywhere else. I move in on March 6th and could not be more excited to call this place home.
Our apartment complex is awesome! It's feels like you r in Europe. Very walkable community. The front office and maintenance group are friendly, trustworthy and on a first name basis. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. Front office is always willing to to help with any questions or concerns.
I did a tour recently with Diane. She was amazing. The property is STUNNING. And the community is very welcoming, especially Reggie! I applied immediately!
