I should preface this by saying I ordered online and had my item shipped. I had an issue using a promo code but didn't want to miss out on an exclusive, so I placed my order anways. I emailed them after, and even though it took them a couple days to get back to me they applied it retroactively. I was glad they got it here before Christmas. Would recommend and will be buying again.
I went there to get my knife sharpened and now I have two more! Louis is knowledgeable - everyone in there was. They are also friendly. Just be careful, you will likely leave with more than you came in with. And then go back and get more. Great selection.
