This is literally the worse company to work for. They don’t have no benefits and the don’t give out raises no matter how many years you work for them. The company it runs the tanger outlet maintenance and it is pure slavery there. The worse job I ever had
The pay is terrible. $12 in 2024 is insane. Entire 2 buildings worth of cleaning for one person also. When you can't get to it all every single day, every single time. They will fire you. This is a "get your money up" kind of job I would say. If you are in town for a bit like myself or if you're down on your luck with no future ahead like others you can work here. I love the ppl I work around mrs.martha is the best and rob strickland is very nice n helpful if u have any questions about ur pay ...for the rest of the ppl I would I would rate a o that run the company sometimes they have attitudes and are rude. They know who they are but overall I love working with my crew I would recommend working here. It's a easy job . I work part time and like it so far.. thanks mrs.martha and Rob for being so helpful and kind.
