They’ve had a sewage problem for weeks... it’s flooding the parking lot and you get home from work you stepping on sewage!! Their suggestion is to park 3 buildings down from yours instead of getting it fixed... Also they don’t take care of their landscape right outside of the unit unless YOU pay for it... ridiculous... maintenance personnel very people friendly but MANAGEMENT IS NOT...
They don't pay their bills on time and one morning I woke up to having no electric meters on my garage is and I could not get in some my office neither my vehicle then when I reported it to the main office it' took them overnight till the next day for them to fix this situation and they decided to leave my garage door open overnight while I had $17000 worth of stuff in my garage,, How unprofessional the new property manager is a complete a****** and has no care in the world for anyone else but himself...
