Tried to call to get information for services over the phone and whatever insecure woman was on the other line was insanely impatient as well as assumptive, answering questions before id even finished asking them. I highly recommend going literally anywhere else. These people make it clear that they won’t help you before you’ve even entered the building. Staff completely incapable of managing or administering medications. They are also completely disinterested in their clients welfare.
St Michael's Withdrawal Management at 333 Sherbourne st treated me well and gave me a good start to my sobriety. Zeina and Natalie really encouraged me and supported me through my transition to treatment and sobriety. R
