I waa interested in renting an apartment here. I was told the requirements were that I was on Social Security and over 62. I spend time filling out the 8 page application stuff. Got a $25 money order. Made three trips in the office and waited. 2 weeks later I recieved an email that I wasnt qualified because of my SS benefits. NEVER DID I READ OR WAS I TOLD ABOUT ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS. The office staff there is poorly trained and unreponsive to returning my money based on misrepresention. No maintence or Managers on site. Problems are not being addressed.
My mother lives here unfortunately and has a broken hot water heater!!!!!! There is no one for maintenance person to call. The mgr isn't anywhere to be gotten a hold of. How would I hely mother? She just got out of hospital with congestive heart failure
