I had asked to be referred to this clinic for my current issue because my previous appt went very well with the doctor nurse and student shortly after COVID. For 15 days I had text and auto voice reminders to be on site 15 mins prior to my appt time at 10am. I arrived very early thanks to the GO and TTC being on time this morning. The wait was quite long and running into 1.5 hours before I saw the doctor. The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful with letting me know my doctor was running quite behind in his appts. The lady at the front desk today was quite rude and impatient. While I was on the phone with her, she kept sighing loudly, which made it clear she was frustrated and irritated without any apparent reason. Her behavior came across as lacking empathy.
There was a woman at the front desk on March 19, 2026, around 8:00–9:30 AM. She was not accommodating and came across as rude. She didn’t even smile or try to be welcoming. I believe someone working at the front desk should be more friendly and professional when assisting customers.
