Dr. Yudin is excellent. He has consistently been diligent, attentive, and takes the time to genuinely care for his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering this clinic. Unfortunately, in his absence we were seen by Dr. Andrea Lausen, and the experience was very disappointing. Our appointment was scheduled for 8:30 a.m., but we were not called in until 30 minutes later for the glucose test. Appointment is for 12:30 I’ve been here over 2 hours now. So inconsistent and inconvenient and this clinic has always been like this. No consistency in scheduling appointments
As soon as the elevator opens you will see the attractive reception counter and large gynaecology sign -keep in mind this will be the same when you enter onto the elevator everyone in the elevator will know you were just at the gynaecologist. Not the biggest deal- but impactful enough for me to clearly recall that awkward moment, when I walked onto an elevator full with men as the doors remained opened and I stood begging that door to just close. Just started my pregnancy journey with Dr. McCaffrey and nurse Parissa. Very personable, helpful and focused on my care as an individual- can't ask for more! There is a 1.5-2h wait before being seen, but this is standard in Canada for specialists.
