St. Michael's Health Centre is an excellent clinic. And I am a very critical health care user! The phone wait times are not long, and the doctors are extremely diligent. When I arrive for my appointments, I never wait more than 5 minutes which is a lot better than most places. They are very committed to equity in their practice as well. One reviewer wrote that they felt the nurse did not listen to them. You should never be made to feel this way.
