I wanted to be an obstetrician when I first started medical school. While I had an okay experience in ob/gyn there (and an incredible family medicine rotation), I ended up choosing family medicine but still retained much passion for obstetrics when I started my training here at St. Mike's. I had an unpleasant experience before I even visited this clinic. First, my appointment time was simply set, and I received an email about it. I confirmed the appointment. Then, a week later, I received another email reminding me about it and asking me to complete a form to confirm it. I filled it out as requested. A couple of days later, I started receiving multiple phone calls and a voicemail “reminding” me again and asking me to call back to confirm the appointment. I was in tonight for an MRI. Diane who scanned me was really good. Not to get into any details, but she really went above and beyond for me and I am very thankful. Furthermore she comes across as a very patient and very kind person and I truly am thankful to her tonight. Receptionist was also friendly and professional, sorry didn't get her name!

I just spoke to the receptionist. When I was talking to her, I felt her rude, lack of patience, and in compassionate to provide costumer service. If she is working as a receptionist then she should be aware about the role and discipline of her job. If she doesn’t have that qualifications then she should refrain herself. Allow someone to do that job who likes and enjoy providing that service.
