You'd be hard pressed to find something to complain about. Staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Front desk folks were courteous, polite, and obliging. Room was neat, clean, but dated and seemed sparsely furnished. Surprisingly, no microwave in the room. Parking can be a challenge. We stayed for two nights and was unable to find parking on the hotel lot both nights. Seems there are more rooms than parking spaces. Absolutely beautiful views. The service is very friendly and accommodating. Food at the restaurant was very good and again great views.
Went to St. Michaels for our anniversary and decided to say in town. We were going mid-week in October so decided to go without a reservation which worked out. We asked about rooms and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They looked at a larger room but it turned out that it was not available for our full stay. They took us up to a room on the third floor with a great view that had just been renovated and that was our pick. Very fresh and clean, with new LVP on the floor rather than carpets which is nice. Views pure perfection. Restaurant charming. Our room had a separate den area. Staff were lovely. A perfect getaway from the world. A place to find peace and quiet.
