Excellent care. Dr. Louis set my mind at ease and scheduled me when I was ready. All testing was done efficiently with brief if any wait time. I now have 20/20 vision and it was painless.
STAY FAR AWAY!!! LOOK UP BBB , I’m not the only one who feels this way!!! The ladies at the front desk are incompetent liars. Do not know the prices. I went in for a routine eye exam, paid 130 dollars. Now they are sending a bill for 475 the next day. The billing manager is a complete liar and this company is only there to rip their clients off. My lawyer is being contacted and I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. I called 5 different eye doctors to get prices and they seemed to be the best deal. Stay far away. By far one of... read more
It’s sad that ad they and I know my insurance dues not cover, still, Dr John said I needed return visit for upcoming needed surgery , so I went to next spot and paid of course out of pocket . I shouldn’t have listened . When I asked for reimbursement I was told I should have known better. Good riddance, greedy greedy. That visit cost me as I list my job. I’m simply being fair here and held them to a higher standard , when they’re not even ethical! Yikes!
RecommendedI came in from our of town having problems with previous eye surgery. They got me in next morning. Everyone was very kind, and fixed the problem so I could make it back to my state. THANK YOU ST. MICHAEL'S EYE & LASER INSTITUTE!!

Very friendly and thorough. I didn't feel rushed and they answered all my questions.
I'm a brand new patient and they were able to get me in to see a doc, within 2 hours of my initial phone call!! My wait time was minimal, and the care I received was exceptional!
Dr. John and his staff showed great care and dedication to me as a patient, which made me feel special and like a member of the family. Great job cuz! ;)
