Arrogant staff, terrible bedside manner. Do not recommend and obviously we will not return.
I had an allergic reaction to something and came here early Friday morning. I received such warm, caring customer service the moment I walked into the door. The front staff, technicians, and doctor was amazing! They even called the next day, checking on me. Totally recommend this place, and will come again if another emergency arise.
First time I went to this ER was very pleased with the staff, doctor and nurses wonderful people and place will recommend this ER.
Dr. KOBZA Is Amazing. What I loved most about Dr. Kobza he listened to me and he knew to come in and talk to me because he said you know your body than I do. 10 stars go to him for just that Statement alone. I felt understood and his bedside matters are excellent. My RN Nurse Tania is a very thorough. She took notes and also made sure to give me instructions and information on each thing before the doctor saw me.
