Fast, clean, clean organized. The staff and doctors were very patient and thorough with my 81 year old father who needed X-rays after a fall.
I've visited Post Oak ER twice in the past 4 months and I would give them the highest rating possible. Staff were all top-notch medical professionals and I've never had medical care quality even come close to what I received at Post Oak ER. Very thorough and efficient care and I would recommend this facility to all my family and friends!
I was referred to this ER by my PI attorney Roxell Richards. The location was very convenient- only minutes away. My first impression was, the lobby is bright, tastefully decorated, and very clean. The receptionist was prompt and professional. I was seen right away- no waiting. I had consultation, labs, x-rays, and results done in a timely manner. Amazing experience... kind thoughtful attentive... understanding... If I ever need help late night again it will be the first place I go. Entire staff was amazing and Dr. Hoxhaj was also amazingly understanding and calming and kind. 10 out of 10 for me....AD
