If I could give zero stars I would. Brenda, in the office is insufferable. She raised an elderly woman's rent over 200 more then what was stated in her rent agreement that it couldn't go over for over a year, when confronted about it her excuse was " we need a new roof" yet Noone else's rent was raised beyond their contract. The board was contacted and shortly after she was ignorant to this elderly woman, cut her rent to where it should of been. My theory? She was writing two receipts. A decent place. Rent is affordable. As with any low income building some residents appreciate their apartment and low rent and some are not appreciative. Not enough washers and dryers. Six washers and six dryers for 100 apts. Elevators need replaced. The bus stop at door is great and convenient. Some residents should be in personal care or skilled care and this is also typical of senior buildings. The apts. are comfortable and fine for one person as they are one bedrooms.
