If you are needing a residential facility for your teenager who is struggling, this is definitely worth looking into. The facility is clean and welcoming but the staff is what makes this place stand out. As a concerned parent you want to make sure those who are with your kids genuinely care, and their team really does. Amber (director) Laura (admissions) Jasmine (nurse) Sandra (therapist) and anyone else I forgot, thank you so much for your support and caring.
Don't go or send anyone here unless you are prepared to pay thousands of unexpected bills. They told us repeatedly that they would not bill us for the difference that the insurance did not cover. Well just got a bill for 12,414.09. After they received 63,514.46 from the insurance company. They are liers and crooks. There is no way 8 weeks of treatment should cost 76,560.00. Nothing but a group of liers and con artist.
I went here for 3 months and got out in December I wanted to wait a while to write my review because I wanted to see if it genuinely helped me and it definitely did I can see changes on how I’m more honest and I take a lot more self accountability it’s helped me accept and move on from things that has happen in the past and have a better relationship with my family. I went here. I CANNOT stress this enough how horrendous this place is. I truly cannot with a good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Please don’t send your loved ones here
I was here and Amber was always keeping kids in group they are very serious but in a good way Skyler is a great person I was struggling but I walked out smiling not wanting to leave sometimes it can be chaotic but if you tell someone they are on it the food is AMAZING Britney Dewan and Wilson would always be there to cook and cannot forget holly shawn was the best he knew what the kids went threw destiny was always there when someone needed to talk Brock was the best he knew what he was doing Larry would get me mad but I lov... read more
