Went into for a pain on my foot that was very clearly infected just to be told that it would go away on its own and was not infected. Just got back from the ER after days of intense pain just to be told exactly what I already knew. Now i’m on antibiotics. The staff here give the impression of just wanting you in-and-out. I did not feel satisfied with my visit at all. As for the boces students there and the lovely receptionist that was in training- yall did great. Do better. I was locked in the urgent care until 8pm waiting for crutches
Horrible service. Terrible at their jobs. Keep you waiting multiple hours while people who showed up after you get seen in under 10 minutes
First time I have been here. Very modern and well maintained. The flow of patients seems orderly, and quick. My procedure was complete in minutes. I don't think I was here more than 20 minutes all together. Refreshing.
