I called with a concern about a possible DVT, and the nice lady on the phone immediately told me to come right in. When I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm, reassuring smile. Went to Urgent Care for a bloody nose and given a chip-clip, clothespin looking device to stop the bleeding. Received a bill for $600 for this. Didn't look up my nose or anything, just given a clip. How is this legal? AND the very next after receiving the bill, their office was calling looking for payment!!! Stay Away from all things St. Mary's!!!

Went into for a pain on my foot that was very clearly infected just to be told that it would go away on its own and was not infected. Just got back from the ER after days of intense pain just to be told exactly what I already knew. Now i’m on antibiotics. The staff here give the impression of just wanting you in-and-out. I did not feel satisfied with my visit at all. As for the boces students there and the lovely receptionist that was in training- yall did great. Do better. Horrible service. Terrible at their jobs. Keep you waiting multiple hours while people who showed up after you get seen in under 10 minutes
