This was my first visit with this provider and I am very pleased. The staff is super friendly and very informative. All of my questions were answered and I left the office today feeling good about the provider I chose. Thank you to everyone that provided the information I needed today!
I like my experience with all the members except for the front desk ...there was a problem with the insurance coverage...but I like the medical assistant Mary the PA very polite!
What is it that I can’t say about Providence? Not only? Are they lagging on their referrals and send their referrals to the wrong place and then make you wait another three months so they could fix their mistake and send it to the right place, And then there’s the wait time to make an appointment it’s like nearly impossible to get in 3 to 4 months out. I can’t express the good service that I did not get with them nor continue to get with them.
The provider ended the appt before it started and when I called the office back no one could reach her and they never got back to me I didn’t even eat that day because of the appointment I am very upset that a Dr. would be that way towards a patient and not follow up. Completely unprofessional
