Would give 0 stars if I could. After cancelling my 2 previous appointments, I show up 15 minutes early for this one and sit in the waiting room for over an hour with no explanation. I doubt this review will change anything but this entire experience has been going on since June 2020 and zi have finally had enough!
If you have a choice, go elsewhere. This is the poster child for medical entitlement. Zero concept of customer service. The primary doc was less than useful. No communication about when appointments were, no communication about the results of the pointless study they ordered. Had I not been diligent in asking for information they never would have communicated. But sure as the sun rises they send the bill. WE ARE NOT CATTLE...WE ARE CUSTOMERS. Heaven forbid you need to reach someone in the sleep lab in a hurry when it's after hours, no one picks up the damned phone!
