I am leaving a 1-star review & I haven’t even been in to see them yet. It took my doctor’s office a month of faxing & re-faxing my referral to this office for them to acknowledge they finally received it. It took an additional 3 weeks after receipt of the referral (and a follow up phone call from me) for them to inform me that I had been accepted as a patient and would be receiving new patient paperwork in the mail. Gonna leave another 1 star review . My mother in law had been waiting for somebody to call and schedule an appointment for 2 months now. We called many times and no luck. Since 2 weeks ago they said that the doctor needs to review her labs and will be calling shortly. We called every couple of days since than and half of the time the call goes directly to voicemail or we keep being told the same thing . No sense of urgency at all. Bad place lack of care

My mother who's been dealing with intense rheumatoid arthritis was booked out for 3 months. 6 weeks later after contact she finally got an appointment. Her primary care physician even struggled to reach anyone behind the desk to talk to a single Rheumatologist. No communication on where the office was or to get their early— arrived to the appointment 10 minutes late as she had to park AND couldn't find the office.
