Joseph was our realtor that sold our home. We went through two others realtors , who seemed eager to sell at an outrageous price or motivated to add to their " listings". After coming to Joseph, within 2 weeks, we had a contract in place! My wife and I were very impressed with professional demeanor, ability to listen and navigate the process of selling the home.
