Booking my appointment with Natalie was a pleasure. She was courteous, efficient and informative. She is a great representative for the Imaging Center!
Anything tied with Saint Mary’s is a joke you call to set an appointment up and your on hold 30+ minutes or more. You go the emergency room your there all day long no sense of urgency what so ever to take care of people.
First review (2020) Big big thanks to Betsy & Trish in Imaging! I am totally a mess with needles, and Besty made it the best experience possible. Huge thanks! Second review (2024-25) It's been 4 years since I've bloodwork done because I have a phobia of bloodwork. Taya is a fantastic Phlebotomist! She is very sweet, incredibly fast & great at what she does. Amy is a sweetheart and helped a lot, too. These are the true heroes!
Where do I start, let me begin. I have found the Staff at St. Mary's Rao Outpatient Pavilion to be professional, friendly and courteous. The Staff has always assisted me in scheduling appointments, made me feel welcome when I walked in for my appointments, have been more than helpful and made me feel comfortable during my Lab Work, Scans, etc. Feeling blessed to have St. Mary's in my local Community. :)
