I’ve been seeing Dr. Ali for almost two years now and she is an amazing person throughout the process. She is very compassionate, understanding, and the nurse Terry is as well. Also, huge shout out to Autumn. She’s a great person to have at the front desk. They all make me feel seen and heard and thanks to them I am finally on the correct medication for my mental health. I have been seeing Mrs. W for two years and I am still having the same problems. She put me on medicine for schizophrenia and I don’t have that. I have panic attacks and general anxiety. She also proceeded to call me her experiment during my last visit. I can’t wait until I get into a new doctor! I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!!
I told them I could not afford to stay there and they said I had soonercare and yet I have a huge bill. Did not want to be there to begin with. I now have anxiety that I didn't have. The entire time I was there I was not okay. They were nice about it. I missed funerals and nobody cared. I just wanted my head checked and they placed me there. I'm scared to ever talk about my feeling because you never know that it could get you arrested and put there.
In January, 2018, my daughter was involuntarily placed in the St. Mary's Psych Unit, under the care of the St. Mary's Psychiatry. The psych staff was efficient, gentle and effective, as they diagnosed and treated her with dignity and gentleness. They were awesome!
