I am shocked at the available option given as my only possible treatment here.
Very pleasant Dr, knowledgeable, welcoming, and able to administer ONB injections which not many doctors around Maine are able to do. Her, her team, and the office in general with St.Marys has been wonderful (coming from a patient who’s been going for years).
These people don’t understand they are dealing with pain. Phone calls are not returned. Appointment requests are ignored for weeks. Messages get lost. Misinformation given about insurance coverage — no, yes, yes, no. Billing is screwed up — they offer an 15% discount on a procedure if you pay at appointment — but then bill you for the difference and you have to Keep calling to straighten it out. After almost a year of this roller coaster I can’t take it anymore and I’m changing providers.
