What a shame, I needed to get some blood work drawn, so I went to the 3rd floor waited 40 minutes just for someone come to the front of the lab. Then was told I had to walk all the way to the ER. I am disabled and can't walk that far and that girl had an attitude with me when I asked about a wheelchair. I just left won't be going back poor work ethnic just pure laziness. Ever since new owner the service has went down hill
I had a lumbar puncture about 2 months ago here. I was waiting to do a review to make sure I didn’t get any infection or side effects. There are a couple things I want to make sure I say: the staff was AMAZING. I was extremely nervous going into it, I’ve had some scary situations in the past and just was not mentally prepared. This hospital needs to be put out of business they sent my grandmother home saying that there was nothin wrong with her while she suffered for 5days in here bed she finally went to an different hospital and just so happens she had pneumonia she has C.O.P.D she could have died because of this location!!!! I visited the hospital on February 18th with a chronic cough. They did very good while I wait for over 2hours. They admitted me, heres the confusing part.there were 2 beds with no one in them. So I quess Ill pick one.there you lady name Sara or Alina. Did my finger test and said there will return. I waited 2 hrs and nothing was done. The breathing got worse so I return. I'm giving them 5 stars for the nursing staff bc they have been nothing but amazing with me. I've seen other reviews and some were not nice but we r all entitled to our own opinions which is everyone's prerogative. They are busy at all times of the day so when they r able to take time to even just answer a question when the call button is hit then that's how to multitask. Thank u to all the staff that has helped me out the past 3 days. I for one greatly appreciate your time and kind manners.
