TVs in every waiting room are unnecessary and annoying. Mental health unit deserves 0 stars primarily due to a psychiatrist who seems to have no empathy for his patients and who should probably, in my opinion, not be a psychiatrist. The rest of the hospital is better. The only way you know it's a Catholic hospital is because of the crucifixes on the wall. Otherwise it is just like any other hospital.

I had the worse case of hives from an allergic reaction to a statin med. Couldn't breathe , lip swelled up . Very non chalant until my lip swelled up. Breathing treatment, that guy made me feel like a leper. No one seemed to really give a crap. But did finally get some meds that helped but discharged with a swollen lip from the reaction. Nurse made sure to announce loudly the pain med was non narcotic. Huh? And? I travelled a distance to get there but their mission statement is a lie. They harass people by asking them to call the business office for an important matter. Its just a normal bill that I get two hours later, then when I pay it, a week later I get a refund check from st mary's, it kinda funny but annoying. I've reached out to the Hospital 6 times over the last two weeks some through the meds line one face to face and the complaint line. They have sent 2 medications to the wrong pharmacy and I had an issue with a new medication that was effecting my health in a bad way and guess what nobody answ... read more

I just literally got out after an out patient surgery. I had a surgery on my c spine. The entire staff was absolutely amazing! Both before and after, they made sure that i was comfortable and feeling okay about leaving. 100 the best team I've ever dealt with!
