Patient and responsive ER staff. I received excellent care.
Overall the experience was a good one. Nurses and staff was great. The ambulance did great until we arrived then they took their sweet time getting me in the emergency room. I couldn't breathe. I can't complain at all about the hospital staff. You know some people don't know how it feels to be unable to breathe. They're just looking at the information on the screen. I'd give less than one star if I could. I made an appointment, then had to change days, which I did long before the first appointment was to happen. I later got a letter in the mail stating that I missed an appointment and if it happened again they would fine me money. Then it said they could ban me from getting an appointment. Went to the ER in pain, to have a Nurse be Rude disrespectful, Insulting if my intelligence and argued with me on why should I see my images. They won't let you see any of your results or images. Because they have NO ACCOMIDATIONS TO SHOW MY OWN RESULTS TO ME. BUT THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM GIVING YOU A "CD" THAT YOU CAN TAKE HOME. LOL WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS IM HOME ALONE WITH NO DR... I was admitted on Monday morning 3/17 after having to be picked up by ambulance. The professionals at this hospital went to great lengths to help me as I was in ruff shape. From the emergency room personnel to everyone on the 2nd floor and my 2119 room. From Evon , Dr Heather Madigan and all the RN's that took such great care of me you have my most heartfelt thanks.
