Horrible
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Equipment is shared between patients without being sanitized. Nobody responds to the call button for hours. Dirty and staff members have an attitude problem.
They harass people by asking them to call the business office for an important matter. Its just a normal bill that I get two hours later, then when I pay it, a week later I get a refund check from st mary's, it kinda funny but annoying. I've reached out to the Hospital 6 times over the last two weeks some through the meds line one face to face and the complaint line. They have sent 2 medications to the wrong pharmacy and I had an issue with a new medication that was effecting my health in a bad way and guess what nobody answ... read more
San Mary’s Hospital
This horrible facility especially their outpatient ACT dept which hires absolutely unqualified thug who has a king or God complex. I drove an hour and a half to take my cousin to meet the job coach/ realtor Steve so she could use the Office smart phone for her zoom meeting. She’s allowed to have family members present so we were in my car. I simply asked him to please step away from my vehicle so she could have some privacy and you not violate HIPPA.
