These guys are amazing, especially considering some of the patients they have to deal with who have no patience! I’ve seen people come in expecting to be seen straight away, then get upset and rude with the staff — it’s really not fair. The staff and doctors here are absolutely awesome. I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 35 years with my whole family, and yes, we have to wait sometimes just like everyone else. Wait times here are consistently unreasonable, averaging anywhere from one hour to two and a half hours. This has been the case for years with no meaningful changes. Appointments are booked in 10-minute slots, but the reality is far longer, often starting behind schedule because some doctors arrive late in the morning. Calling ahead does not help either. Worst worst and worst the service is worst they give you. A certain time during your appointment and will make you wait for like 2hrs and the person at reception will say i cant do much..well you can by giving us the normal appointment time. I will recommend everyone to please book any other gp rather than wasting your 2 3hrs waiting despite booking your appointment on time.

Best Dr Sam Yassa, n receptionist r very friendly n helpful. U can wait 4a long time after ur appointment, but if u ring up first n ask how far behind ur Dr is, then u can turn up wen desired time is told 2u 2turn up.👍
