The nurses are too busy talking, giggling and looking at menus for vacation. No clue about a dr. Not one person has said anything to us and we have been here almost 3 hours.

Best ER experience ever! My mom had been sick for a few days, her Dr told her she would need to go to the ER to get fluids because she was dehydrated! The Dr, Nurses and rest of staff went above and beyond to get her feeling better! They immediately got her back into a room. Dr was in there within 10 minutes and had orders put in to check everything out! My mom told them she was a hard stick, they immediately went to get the ultrasound to find her veins so they didn't need to poke and prode her. They tried to be a gentle as ... read more

Came here with my wife who had a massive migraine. She was visibly throwing up, sweating and pale. We came at night, and there was literally no one in the ED. They made her wait in ER waiting room for almost an hour in pain. We were from out of state, as we had to evacuate NC, our home was destroyed in Helene. Yes this happened a year ago, just settled now to bother making this review. The RN was great. Dont even think we even saw a DR.
