I was referred to St. Mary's oncology in June. I even called them directly and spoke with a nice receptionist that told me she had requested the referral (since they hadn't received it yet from the dermatologists office) she told me she spoke with their office (Epiphany Dermatology) and would keep a lookout for it. Once they received it, she said I would hear back in about 5 days from a scheduler. This was June 19th. I have never received a call back and today is July 17th. Switching facilities to Pure Infusion. Two times I experienced confusion and lack of concern for travel distance or my family. My final experience, the front desk guy ripped off my arm bracelet without care, he seemed angry, and I am not sure why. I think a few things should be changed in their approach to humans. Sorry, as many of the nurses were nice, so I hate leaving a bad review.
They are very rude to my sick mother. It’s unacceptable it’s a shame there’s no better options here.
Extremely grateful for the staff and care my mom is receiving during this difficult time. The atmosphere is professional, friendly, and reassuring considering circumstances. Thank you!!
