Why wait so long ?
Waited for so long in the waiting room that our daughter said let's go home even tho she was in pain there was also two families in front of us and they also walked out. I think if your going to be working for a hospital er then you should learn how to either manage time better or not work in the health care. Would totally go to kings daughter or cabell for now on
My family and I have been very pleased with this facility both times we have been! They are very kind, they are very efficient and do a thorough job at trying to figure out what’s going on. This will definitely be our “go to” ER/Urgent Care!
If I could give this place zero stars I would! My son had surgery on 12/27 and had an allergic reaction to his pain medication that caused hives and TONGUE SWELLING! I’m not for sure if the triage nurse was lazy or incompetent or both. She was in no rush at all. Didn’t even let the physician or mid-level know the situation and sent us back into the waiting room! I would give zero stars if possible. Took my daughter here after urgent care recommended us to go for left sided abdominal pain and a cat scan. We waited for 2 hrs. to be seen. Dr came in before the nurse did to get the samples she needed. I was explaining to the Dr. that urgent care sent us, and he told me he didn't want to hear about urgent care. Blamed it on anxiety and constipation even though she told him she's not constipated. Refused to do any other testing. I will never go back to this place.
