This office led to one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had at a medical provider. They canceled my appointment (I had no record of this) and told me they called me multiple times and it was documented in MyChart. I explained I don’t have access to my phone during the workday because of my place of work. And on top of that I didn’t have any voicemails from them. Larry was my mom’s MRI technician, and he was absolutely wonderful. He put us at ease, allowed me to sit in there during her procedure to help lessen her fears. He was very capable and kind, and he made this difficult procedure a much smoother experience! Thank you, Larry!
