This place should be SHUT DOWN! The Human Resources department is full of liars! My jewelry and personal items were stolen while I was at St. Mary's. They gave me the wrong medication and I almost died! Bon Secours and St. Mary's hospital only care about MONEY!!!!! The religious thing is a front! Total fraud.
I have a family member who had surgery at St. Mary's and it was an awful experience. I filed a complaint with the hospital and they blew it off. So, I filed a complaint with Mercy Health Bon Secours,as their parent company, and they referred me to St. Mary's grievance committee which was a joke. RecommendedI just recently had totally knee replacement. From the moment My husband dropped me off, to when I left, every single person I came into contact with was so nice! I’ve never experienced this before. The nurses greeted with smiles and a mask. In Admittance, everyone nice even the new guy checking me in laughing with me but also making sure to be extra diligent about wiping the pen I used. St. Mary's hospital in Richmond should be SHUT DOWN for good. This place is awful. People are getting the corona virus and nobody is cleaning the hospital, numerous people are getting bed bugs from the hospital beds in the main hospital and the Emergency Room. They should have shut down this place years ago but never did. Very filthy place. The staff is awful. Any good review must be a paid review from the company.
