I usually go to DMH because I'm much closer but when I went there today the waiting room had close to 20 people. I couldn't wait that long and the last 3 times I went there I left in just as much pain as when I arrived, it only took 4 hours though. I decided to head over to St. Mary's where there was only 4 or 5 people waiting. They got me back in less than 30 minutes, took blood and did a cat scan. Took my Dad for shortness of breath, a real emergency. They took him right in and had him comfortable quickly. Then came the tests, results and he had to be admitted. Fantastic medical care and everyone and I mean everyone was so nice!

Nurse we had was amazing. He told us what we didn't know. Was great felt that everyone was concerning

Bad bed side manner and will do less than the bare minimum to help you in any way. I would rate 0 stars if it was an option

Most awful experience ever! Arrived by ambulance at 3 pm 12/20/23. Was left in lobby in a wheelchair for 9.5 hours while I watched people come and go all night except for the Crack head laying across chairs with his back packs while he coughed up stuff and spit it on the floor, later the triage nurse yelled out at him after several attempts to wake him that he had covid. Then left him laying there sleeping. I kept being told that I should be next unless a ambulance came in and in that case, they would go first. I reminded th... read more
