I used to work here and hated it. They are very understaffed on second shift and overly staffed on first shift and don't care. The aids on second shift have an "I don't care/that's not my patient/that's not my job/I'm not doing that" type attitude. You have zero chance to move to a different shift you want because they are that understaffed.
