Just started with my new primary Dr here and all seems great. Staff were all very friendly. The NP I'm seeing (sry forgot his name but he's a very young, talented, educated guy) is extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He listened to my every concern and didn't make me feel rushed at all.
Rita O'Neill, the Nurse Practitioner at the Canajoharie location, is terrific to work with. She cares SO much about her patients and their families. She routinely goes over and above and makes herself available for home visits, emergencies, and geriatric care, in particular. My parents' illnesses left me caring for them and I had amazing support from Rita and the practice. I am sure I could not have done it without her help. Horrible service. Don’t answer phones and don’t fill prescriptions when they say they will. Everything is a fight. Horrible.
