You'll get more sick during your stay than when you arrived. They make visitors wear masks around the vulnerable yet they themselves do not. Doctors give conflicting results on extremely important tests. They say they'll contact you to get procedure confirmation then never do, and lie and say you never answered the phone. Gave them updated insurance info at beginning of year yet they continued to charge the old insurance. They get the blue ribbon for the worst communication and care of any medical facility. I had surgery here and my first impression was that it is a very small, but very clean hospital. You can tell the Janitorial staff take pride in their work. The security guard and registration staff were not overly friendly. Also I was asked to tell the registration clerk my social security number while I was right near an open window with other people. Extremely disappointed with our experience at this facility. Following only ONE visit an Employee with loose lips leaked our Protected Health Information (PHI) violating our privacy and trust. This has been reported to the hospitals Administrative Assistant and Privacy Officer. I will not recommend this facility due to their failure to secure sensitive Patient data. Local's should be aware there is an internal Employee leak.
