The care I received at St. Mary's was fine, but the billing department is hugely incompetent. I have been making monthly payments to them for my procedure. I log in to MyChart once a month and I make the payment that MyChart tells me is due. This has been my routine for months. Fast forward to today and I get a notice from a collection agency. As a nurse and a nurse manager, I can honestly say that I've never been treated more horribly than I was by staff at this hospital. My fiance was in the hospital for a few days and came out with bruises all over his body! This place shouldn't be allowed to operate! The rudeness and the complete lack of sympathy from the staff was astounding. Thinking of people being stuck in that place makes me physically ill.
