This place cancelled my appointment 4 times, they do not care about people’s health. The office manager called me to reschedule for the fifth time and said I don’t even know what this appointment is suppose to be for. Useless and clueless! Disgusting.
The front desk employee Nancy is excellent, amazing and super nice! Her warm smile creates a welcoming and friendly environment. Dr. Catalano is professional, great and exceptional! She takes time to explain things thoroughly and I never feel rushed. Phlebotomists Michelle and Daniel (I apologize if I remember their names wrong) are also friendly and fantastic! New patient, was seen quickly and was treated well. Clean and friendly.
Dr. Catalano is amazing! She is compassionate and you can tell she actually cares about her patients. She's always very thorough with appointments. I've had some bad experiences with doctors and she makes me feel safe and I trust her completely! The staff here is very lovely as well never had an issue. They've always been super accommodating!
