I arrived at the Spitzer Ford dealership in St. Marys PA on Monday, September 15 very upset about the stereo system in our 2023 Ford Bronco. This was the fourth time a very loud boom sounded when I started the car, and after that noise subsided, a sound like popcorn popping remained constant (that was the first time the crackling/popping noise had happened).
