Both Dr. Chris and Melanie Hutchinson are amazing! I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else!
Terrible with communication. When transferred to nurse usually always goes to voicemail. Have to call and leave multiple voice mails and still no call back. I’ve noticed from other recent reviews that this is an actual issue and not just my experience.
If I could give this clinic no stars, I would. I have had communication problems and responsive problems with this office before but today was the last straw. I called to get an appointment with my regular doctor, who is never there when I need an appointment, so I was given an appointment with the on call doctor instead. When I first got BCBS, I went to Dr. Casey Cochran at St Mary’s Family Medicine North. At the establishing care appointment, he was awesome and I even told my extended family that he was accepting new patients. After that, there was a complete and total lack of communication from his office. Unable to even get an answer on the phone many times, and call backs were sporadic if they happened.
