almost impossible to get ahold of anyone to make appointments
Have been trying to schedule pediatric appointment for my daughters for weeks now. They do not answer or return calls. Terrible office
Dr Chan Galapon.. I took my child for a physical she is bullying my child for being over weight at 5yrs old. So you can't win. A well fed child obesity and skinny child you gonna call Cps. A child with bruises OK all set.
This once was an amazing practice with amazing providers and staff. Ever since the move from Memorial hospital this place has turned upside down. They suggest using the portal for all communication including med refills and appointments of non urgent messages yet no one responds for days to weeks after. You try to call on the phone and rarely someone answers the phone in person. If you leave a voicemail sometimes no one ever returns your call.
