The secretaries are very rude there!! They talk over you and then hang up on you! Very unprofessional!!
Love this place their quick about getting your results and the doctors are so nice
At first we liked going to this office the stuff are the rudest staff and the doctor Randi doesn't even know what she was doing. And the pediatrician side feel like the the people who answer the telephone are rude. Also. I'm glad we are leaving management me. It needs to change up also. Not very pleasant
HORRIBLE! No communication between staff or doctors! 3 weeks, 3 packets later.. one hand delivered and STILL nothing. Called for 3 weeks in a row and somehow no one knew what I was talking about even tho I was in there multiple times and hand delivered the packet. When I called to check on the first packet, they had not received it, hand delivered one and called 2 days later and no one knew what I was talking about, so my insurance company sent another packet, called today and yet again no one knew what was happening. Not only is it hard to get an appointment they will schedule you months out for your physical it in as a sick appointment and then tell you you have NO choice but to wait 5 more months for the appointment you already waited 3 months for.
