The entire team was very professional from the beginning till the end. Everyone was very patient. I also appreciated that my scheduled appointment was actually my scheduled appointment. So many times you have an appointment and when you get there you’re seen a while after the scheduled time. Dr. Chu was very helpful and informative with my eye condition. GREAT WORK TEAM!!!
I see Dr. Chu three times a year, for ocular surface examination, and always find it a good experience. The staff is welcoming and efficient, and Dr. Chu's examinations make me feel I'm in good hands. He answers my questions and with an assistant, records details of my exam in his computer system. The office in Manhattan is not as spacious as in New Jersey, but the convenience makes up for that.
