The receptionist are not helpful especially over the phone and especially if they figure out that you are not white. Had to ask a good white lady to call for me to get help that I had been calling for three days to get and was told "we will assist you or have already assisted you".

I took my brother to see Dr Hussein who does not know how to use a computer for a driving assessment form when every other doctor knows how to submit a driving assessment form online! Dr Hussein has a very poor attitude and needs to learn how to use technology and go back to TAFE!! Dr Hussein is very lazy as my brother has a disability and need's a carer to assist him. I think dr Hussein needs to be more compassionate and considerate towards people who have a disability !
