Very poor manger and maintenance,not willing to fix anything. Does cause many health issues
I lived here I believe 3-4. It was a free for between a couple younger. Alot were afraid and and tried to get lady's to the elevator. The fights happened a lot of time. The older ladies and gentlemen were afraid to go the manager. So I would with go to her, she didn't care all.she would say that she's only during the day and every one just work it out. There are some great people There are super great people I miss them.
Cardinal dies not want to put any money into Building and there are problems with bed bugs in some of the Apts they spray but they come back they need Heat treatment.
I have lived at St Mary's Apartments for almost 5 years. I love it here. My apartment is the perfect size and the property is very well kept.
I just went to look at a friends apt there i loved the building and apt hope to move there soon
