Put in my chart I had a history of heart stents and diabetes. I have history of neither! Cross charting or making stuff up?
My doctors office stopped taking blood and told me to go here now. I got a bill for 220.00 for blood work. I won’t be paying it or going back.
I received good medical care here, but the their handling of the medical billing has bordered on criminal. They didn’t take my insurance info at the visit, and I made a claim that should have handled everything (I paid my portion of the visit the insurance company said I owed). Unfortunately, MyMichigan made a mistake, apparently didn’t submit the whole cost of my visit to the insurance somehow, left the entire original balance of the ER visit on my account, didn’t tell me anything for several months, then hired a debt colle... read more
I used to love this er and always heard bad experiences but never experienced any bad. ive had 4 incidents this year so far witnessing what everyone was telling me. The actual doctors there are nice and do they job well but the er nurses and desk lady are very rude, no professionalism, and they have ZERO empathy.They need new staff!! I do not recommend this er as a first choice, this is a last resort. Went to another hospital just fine
