I used to love this er and always heard bad experiences but never experienced any bad. ive had 4 incidents this year so far witnessing what everyone was telling me. The actual doctors there are nice and do they job well but the er nurses and desk lady are very rude, no professionalism, and they have ZERO empathy.They need new staff!! I do not recommend this er as a first choice, this is a last resort. Went to another hospital just fine
Love this place! A few years ago I took my husband in with a kidney stone. He was admitted within 10 minutes and hooked up with meds and pain free within another 10 minutes! The nurses were VERY compassionate and caring. We just went again today for my husband’s colonoscopy. Again we had wonderful nurses and staff attend to us and they were prompt and efficient. Can’t say enough good about this place and the workers. 5 stars!
Extremely Long wait times!! Unless this is your last option do yourself a favor and go somewhere else Do not waste your time. The nurses weren't very friendly. And it felt like nobody understood where my frustrations were stemming from when I expressed Pain And was told I would just have to wait until the doctor came in and this is after already waiting hours Without seeing anyone
