Absolutely the only place I bring my children, the Nurse Practitioner Dr.Suzanne here is amazing, kind, and very informative. She takes time to answer my questions, and she so pleasant. The staff in the front and back are extremely kind and patient with myself and my girls. Thank you all for your wonderful work ethic.
Absolutely Horrible no communication lack of care and empathy. I went in for extreme Dental pain due not be able to get into my dentist till the 28th . I waited about an hour or so Then waited longer in the room. As you can hear the nurse Clearly not doing their jobs and Gossiping about Disneyland. I was not offered antibiotics.I told them the ibuprofen was not working that I have been taking for a week now . This is the absolute worst urgent care I have ever been to it's always hurry up and wait I have been here for 2 hours and currently still waiting and that is with me checking in online 1 before I came you might as well go to the emergency room people you're better off. The good reviews were submitted by family or friends
Went to this facility in the morning of April 19 with very painful sore throat and fever of 100-101 for three days straight also coughing phlegm body aches and and thick mucus. I was told I was ok and sent me away with cough syrup even though I told the PA I might need antibiotics, she said antibiotics were not needed. Later that day my fever spiked up again to 102 so I then went to ER. At ER they ran bloodwork to see why the fever and X-ray’s of my chest. They also gave me meds to bring down my fever.
