My sick visit was quick and I was on my way with prescriptions called in for me. Dr VanHoose is very kind, knowledgeable, and caring. He explained what was going on and that I didn't need an antibiotic, thankfully. All the staff and nurses were friendly and efficient. I will absolutely return here if I need an urgent care and would recommend this location to others.

9-19-25 ( Friday) around 2:30 pm . My doctors office told me to go over to an urgent care to get swabbed for yeast & get urine checked for yeast. because I was having issues. After they got my urine, they told me they don’t check for yeast there. The Nurse Practitioner at St. Mary’s Urgent Care asked me a few questions and then refused to do a swab for yeast. I had a tooth infection that made me very sick. I ended up in the hospital and was given IV antibiotics. I thought I was septic. They sent me home and told me if I didn’t feel better in 2 days, go back and be admitted. On the 2nd day, I checked my temperature with a brand new thermometer out of the package and it was registering 93-94.9 degrees. I freaked and so did everyone else. Front desk worker & the nurse were both good, the male doctor how ever was very unprofessional. Could over hear him in the hallway and when he finally came in the room said I wasted my time coming there. He obviously didn’t listen to a word the nurses or I said and just wanted me out the door. Will never be back.
